If you purchase one of our products, we may also collect a valid credit card number, expiration date and billing address. Assessment booklets and scoring sheets are kept in our office for a maximum of one year and are shredded at that time. Any employee or potential employee information that you provide to set up the assessment/background check is only used for that purpose and at the agreement of the employee or potential employee (by signing the agreement form).
