This was a completely new experience for me to do an application online. At first I thought that they will not even look at it, since it was an online application and you normally have to apply for a job in person. The whole set up of the application was really cool and it was very understandable. If you feel intimidated to go apply in person for a job I think that an online application is definitely a great idea to attract new people. It felt like I was actually in an interview because the questions asked was very good and definitely tested my personality. I wish I could apply online for every job. If I could have an online application experience again I would definitely do it again.
