We started this year with no staff returning from most if not all of our departments.  We decided that by holding a job fair and asking people to apply on the website would be easy for us, and it was!  The application form was very easy to set up and much more organized then searching through hundreds of resumes.  Overall I believe I received at least 80 applications from the website just for front of the house spots, and I hired majority of my servers, busser and bartenders from that list.  It saved so much time. And they all turned out to be really great employees. Thanks so much for making my job a little less stressful.
